By adding Intro Creg ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot. You also agree to adhere to the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.

2. Usage License

The Bot is provided free of charge for the purpose of managing user introductions and assigning roles within Discord servers.

  • You may not use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • You may not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the Bot.

3. User Content (Introductions)

The Bot allows users to submit personal information (Name, Age, Profession, etc.) for an introduction profile ("Submission").

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
  • Prohibited Content: Submissions must not contain hate speech, harassment, doxxing, explicit material, or any content violating Discord's Community Guidelines.
  • Moderation: Server Administrators and Moderators using the Bot reserve the right to approve, reject, or edit any Submission at their discretion.

4. Age Restriction

The Bot collects age information as part of its core functionality. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements to use Discord in your country.

5. Availability and Termination

  • The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
  • The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time.
  • The Developer reserves the right to block specific users or servers from using the Bot for violations of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
