User Guide

Go to the Channel

Navigate to the configured introductions channel (e.g. #introduce-yourself) and click the "Submit Introduction" button.

Fill the Form

A modal will pop up. Enter your details:

• Name: Your preferred nickname (Max 50 chars).
• Age: Must be 13+.
• Interests: Profession, Platform, Main Game.

Select Gender

Choose from the dropdown menu: 👨 Male, 👩 Female, or 🧑 Other.

Wait for Approval

If Auto-Approve is OFF, staff will review your intro.

• Approved: You get verified roles & a profile card.
• Rejected: You'll receive a DM with the reason.
